Chef Ethan Stowell’s restaurant may seem urban through and through, but what’s on the plate is Italian and rustic; so are the wines. Pasta is the house specialty, but a respectable meal can be made entirely of antipasti such as cauliflower-raisin salad and fresh mozzarella with pepper spread.
